1. Booking & Service Fees
✅ All booking amounts and service fees are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise in a written agreement.
✅ Refunds will not be provided for change of mind or personal reasons after a transaction is confirmed.
2. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
✔️ If a transaction is canceled by Mr. Plots due to unforeseen circumstances, a full or partial refund may be considered.
✔️ If a property deal is canceled due to legal issues or unavailability, refunds will be processed based on the agreement terms.
3. Refund Process
🔹 To request a refund, users must submit a written request with valid reasons and proof of payment.
🔹 Refund requests will be reviewed within 7-10 business days, and eligible refunds will be processed within 15-30 business days.
🔹 Refunds (if applicable) will be credited to the original payment method.
4. No Refund Policy Applies To:
❌ Advance payments for property bookings or documentation processing.
❌ Third-party services such as legal verification, property registration, or agent commissions.
❌ Partial payments made towards property purchases.
